HotelHome only manufactures 4 sided Picket Quilted Valances not 3 sided. The 3 sided Bed Valance has proven to be totally impractical and costly in the Accommodation Industry.

The “Suite” style Picket Quilted Valance is manufactured from woven fabric with a textured design and the most popular design “Siam’ is available in this style ex stock - no minimum. Colours available ex-stock are Ironbark, Black, Navy, Pewter and Charcoal. Antique Gold is also available with a minimum of 20 units.

The "Studio" Picket Quilted Valance has been designed to co-ordinate with the economical printed Coverlets and Cap Tops in the HotelHome range. This attractive product offers a clean cut architectural look to any bed. Colours available are Ink, Coffee Bean and Charcoal with no minimum.
The Studio Quilted Bed Valance also has matching fabric lining and there is no chance of the lining being exposed underneath the top mattress.

Benefits of a 4 sided Bed Valance
Ease of bed set up
HotelHome 4 sided Picket Quilted Valances (PQV) are manufactured with vertical quilting so that when they are placed on a mattress base, the Valance will slightly stretch and fit snug on the base. The Valance will sit tight and not move around even when sheets and mattress protectors are tucked under. Over the extended life of this product a huge amount of time is saved in housekeeping trying to give excellent bed presentation for every guest.

Quality Presentation
Because it is 4 sided, the HotelHome PQV is rotatable. If the foot end of the bed has heavy traffic passing by and touching, i.e. suit cases etc., including scuffing from shoes over a period of time, the PQV can be fully rotated with a new foot end exposed thus doubling the life of this important Hotel bed presentation product.
Eliminate damage from bed castors
Many hotels use 3 sided Bed Valances, which have been originally derived from cheap retail products. They are a totally useless and expensive option in a quality Hotel environment where staff time and bed presentation is vitally important. Whenever a mattress is moved on a bed base, a 3 sided Valance will also move and get pulled to one side or one end, causing the Valance to become caught under the castors of the base and the Valance goes down hill from that point on. A HotelHome 4 sided PQV will remain firm on the base and it will eliminate all previous frustrations in presenting a shabby bed to your guests.
Courtesy Flange
All HotelHome Bed Valances have a Courtesy Flange, which eliminates the possibility of the lining being exposed on the deck of the Bed base. All Commercial quality Bed Valances should have a Courtesy Flange for proper Bed presentation.
